I just wanted to thank you all so much for all the support you gave me and Doctors Without Borders on the first day of the blogathon. There is no way I could have made it through the full 24 hours without an endless barrage of tweets telling me to keep going and a steady stream of donations that has us past $1,500, well on our way to our $2,000 goal. I came close to falling asleep after hour 20, but somehow, we all made it through together.

There are a lot of great writers who will see their work go up throughout the day and I hope you show them the same level of love and support you showed me. Keep donating, keep spreading the word and I will see you all tomorrow.
